MrButlerFitness LLC is a solo coaching practice built on a simple idea: training works when it fits the person doing it. Sessions are private, programs are personal, and progress is tracked week to week, not guessed at.
Clients come in for strength, body composition, mobility, sport performance, and general health. The methods are different for each one. The constants are consistent programming, honest feedback, and a coach who answers the phone.
Group sessions bring the same eye for technique with the energy of training alongside other people. Nutritional counseling pairs the work in the gym with practical fueling you can keep up outside of it.
